Ratatat atat Royal Oak Music Theatre - 9/9

The last time Evan Mast & Mike Stroud brought their pedal platters and six stringed swords round these parts, it was a crammed show up at the Crofoot in Pontiac that seemed to cull a healthy balance of both indie/art-rock and hip/hop fans... As was the beat-heavy flavor of the record they were then-touring on, in early 09 (LP3)... So we'll see what happens when they bring out their funkier, "weirder" beat-box and sample heavy fare from this year's follow-up, LP4

We're the first stop, at least on the U.S. side of the border, for their autumn 2010 tour.
