Single Barrel Detroit shoots for Attention for one of its favorites

The visionary local-arts-devotees behind the cameras at Single Barrel Detroit are using their film production skills to prop one of Detroit's most revered pack of incorrigably inventive, quirky and, sometimes downright dashing bands -

The pop deconstructionists of Prussia, criminally unsigned to this day, are building up towards the release of their first proper studio album, Poor English, a dizzying display already buzzed and beheld by whoever has had ears lucky enough to sample it.

The cinematic "urban explorers," who have already produced dozens of on-location films featuring a range of Detroit artists (situated throughout different unqiue points, pockets, and hideaways throughout the city), have begun an ambitious two-month long film project, (enderaingly, inspired merely by the imposing musical dynamism of the band), that will, yes, prop Prussia's latest album, but also chart a larger narrative of the city's rebirth, way beyond a music video.

It includes, yes--a music video (for Poor English's lead single)--, but also: a behind the scenes segment shot during the making-of said-video + a "traditional Single Barrel filmed performance" + exclusive footage of Prussia during their recent national tour.

Single Barrel will fund a large portion of the project themselves, but they need your help (costs=location, cameras, equipment rentals, and more).
