Prussia at Vernor's Supertarreanean Lounge

Prussia played Friday night as part of "Phonotropic" a visual arts/music boosting enclave that will feature art and stripped-down music every Friday night inside the alluring and cozy, three floored bar (Vernor's) on the side of the Crofoot in Pontiac. The idea is to purposely challenge the musicians to use their wits and their mastery of harmony and acoustics to overcome the limited equipment of only four mic's and a humble ground-space for a stage.

Prussia's set was inventive, captivating and loose, with interesting translations of their acerbic experimental doo-wopish indie rock into a more intimate unplugged tract, with a sitar...
